Service Stream are undergoing an exciting transformation project essential to positioning our rapidly growing, ASX-listed organisation for long-term success.

We have a 12-18 monthcontract opportunity available highly experienced and strategic Senior Change Managerto lead the change management efforts for our SAP ERP program. This is a pivotal role where you will strategically lead the design, planning, and execution of significant organisational change. This role is based at our modern Melbourne Head Office featuring a balcony, BBQ area, collaborative and quiet spaces and an abundance of natural light.

About the role

Reporting to the SAP Program Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring that our organisation embraces the opportunities presented by our SAP investment, minimising disruption and maximising the benefits realisation for the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Developing and executing a holistic change management strategy and detailed plans for the SAP program, aligning with overall business transformation objectives.

Conducting comprehensive change impact assessments, identifying key stakeholder groups and potential resistance points.

Defining and tracking key change management metrics and success indicators.

2.Stakeholder Engagement & Communication

Developing and implementing a robust stakeholder engagement strategy, building strong relationships with executive leadership, project teams, business units, and end-users.

Designing and delivering targeted communication plans to ensure timely, clear, and consistent messaging across all levels of the organisation.

Facilitating workshops, town halls, and other forums to engage stakeholders and gather feedback.

3.Training & Capability Building

Collaborating with the training lead and subject matter experts to ensure the development and delivery of effective training programs that address new SAP functionalities and transformed business processes.

Working to embed new capabilities within the business, fostering a culture of continuous learning and adaptation.

4.Resistance Management & Adoption

Proactively identifying potential areas of resistance and develop strategies to mitigate risks.

Championing the benefits of the SAP program and business transformation, inspiring buy-in and fostering a positive attitude towards change.

Monitoring change adoption rates and provide recommendations for ongoing support and reinforcement.

5.Leadership & Governance

Providing expert advice and guidance on change management best practices to the program leadership team and project managers.

Establishing and maintaining a change champions network to support grassroots adoption.

Contributing to overall program governance and reporting, ensuring change activities are integrated into the broader program plan.

About you

Our ideal candidate will comfortable engaging directly with senior executives to present a clear change strategy, secure agreement, and manage buy-in. Your expertise will be critical in proactively addressing resistance and ensuring the successful adoption of new processes and technologies across the entire organisation.

You will also have:

Experience in leading complex organisational transformational change initiatives, ideally large-scale ERP implementation.

Demonstrated ability to develop and execute comprehensive change strategies that align with business objectives.

Experience leading change in a large services-based industry will be highly regarded.

Experience with S4 Hana will be highly regarded.

Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Organisational Psychology, or related field.

PROSCI Certified or equivalent change management certification.
