Senior Change Manager – Salesforce Implementation

Location : Melbourne CBD (Hybrid: 3 days onsite per week)

Contract : 6 months, starting August

Workload : Full-time or 4 days/week considered

We are partnering exclusively with a Melbourne client for a Senior Change Manager, driving the successful adoption of Salesforce across Sales, Marketing, and Service teams. This is a high-impact role focused on people-centred change, supporting a major transformation project with a strong emphasis on user experience and business readiness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze process changes to understand impacts across diverse personas and customer journeys
  • Facilitate change network sessions and workshops with key stakeholders to drive alignment and buy-in
  • Develop visual and engaging communication artefacts to support change messaging and adoption
  • Plan and manage engagement activities to boost organisational readiness for Salesforce implementation
  • Design and deliver training and support materials tailored to end-user needs
  • Plan and support adoption activities to ensure sustained change and value realisation

About You

  • Proven experience leading change on Salesforce projects, with a strong understanding of the platform from a change and end-user adoption perspective
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Service processes (preferably in Salesforce environments)
  • Consulting skills: able to work in ambiguous project environments and demonstrate executive presence
  • Strong background in human-centred change; you thrive on creative, people-focused approaches rather than checklist-driven methods
  • Experience working within agile project environments
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills

Hybrid work model : Enjoy flexibility with 3 days per week on-site in Melbourne CBD, with the opportunity for either full-time or part-time (4 days/week) engagement.
