Your New Role
We have a 12-month max-term contractopportunity for a Senior Change Manager to join the Enterprise Group Delivery tea m and deliver change management expertise in support of the Fund's regulatory project portfolio.
The Senior Change Manager plays a key role in facilitating and driving change transition, activities for change initiatives ensuring that projects realise their expected benefits, whilst ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund's culture and values.
The Senior Change Manager will act as a coach for senior leaders in helping them fulfil the role of change sponsor and will also support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans. The role will involve liaising at all levels and across Domains at the Fund to analyse and effectively develop, deliver, and embed change management solutions in line with the Fund's business objectives.
This role is expected to develop and manage a complex program of work, with multi stream change plans and is accountable for planning, development, and delivery of program change plan. This will include allocating and managing change resources across the various initiatives.
Key responsibilities will include;
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage the staff impacts and other impacts caused by projects and change efforts
- Develop a robust and actionable change management strategy and plan, based on situational awareness of the details of the change and the stakeholders being impacted by the change
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results, and present findings in a logical and easy-to understand manner
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans
- Support the execution of plans by people leaders and business leaders
- Coach senior leaders who are change sponsors, business owners and other change leaders
- Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plans
What You'll Need
- Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies
- A deep understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
- Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
- Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations
- Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal
- Tertiary qualifications in change management, human resources, or related field
