As a Project Manager, you will manage complex project schedules associated with dealer outages for Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Dragline, and Electric Rope Shovel aftermarket products. You will support the execution of sales orders, complete demand and order management tasks, and coordinate with process partners through the delivery of an order.
What you will do:
Support Caterpillar aftermarket products that are no longer serviceable through the traditional Caterpillar supply chain network
Understand and evaluate customer requirements to best deliver solutions for the customer's needs
Develop relationships and collaborate with engineering, marketing, purchasing, pricing, operations, dealers, customers, and suppliers
Management and execution of incoming sales orders
Develop robust schedules through MS Project
Support process improvement initiatives through lean methodologies
Continuously improve the process to achieve revenue and growth targets
What Skills you will have:
Service Excellence: Experience in supply chain planning, demand & orders management, or sales and commercial support. Project manager experience using project scheduling tools.
Customer Focus: Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability to leverage that information in creating customized customer solutions.
Collaborating: Knowledge of collaborative techniques; ability to work with a variety of individuals and groups in a constructive and collaborative manner.
Consulting: Knowledge of techniques, roles, and responsibilities in providing technical or business guidance to clients, both internal and external; ability to apply consulting knowledge appropriately.
Decision Making and Critical Thinking: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.
Effective Communications: Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
Relationship Management: Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability to establish and maintain healthy working relationships with clients, vendors, and peers.
Top Candidates will also have:
Experience with heavy equipment, manufacturing, or mining.
Working knowledge of SAP, MOMP, CSQ, PSCRM.
PowerBI and PowerApps experience.
Thorough understanding of Hydraulic Mining Shovel, Electric Rope Shovel, Dragline products, or Room & Pillar applications, systems, and parts.
Knowledge and understanding of international shipping requirements.
Additional Information:
The primary location for this position is Brisbane, Australia.
Domestic relocation assistance is not available.
This position may require 10 % travel
