Assistant Store Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to lead our retail team in Liverpool. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team members.

About the Role

Position: Assistant Store Manager
Hours: 38 hours/week, Tuesday to Saturday with specific start and end times
Location: Liverpool, NSW

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Store Manager in daily store operations, providing coaching and guidance to team members.
  2. Become a BRA-FIT certified expert through our comprehensive training program.
  3. Create a positive work environment where team members feel empowered to achieve excellence.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, manage merchandising, and maintain store appearance.
  5. Collaborate with Regional Managers to drive store success and implement effective strategies.
