About the role

We are seeking a motivated Lawyer with at least 2 years post-admission experience to join our Government and Administrative Law team in Newcastle on a full-time basis. The role involves merits review work, primarily focusing on NDIS access and planning matters under the NDIA, including appearances in the Administrative Reviews Tribunal (ART). You will work closely with an experienced partner and our national government practice group, with opportunities for professional growth and mentoring.

About you

  • Qualified Lawyer or Associate with ≥2 years PQE, preferably with experience in NDIS, statutory schemes, or tribunal advocacy.
  • Interest in government, administrative, and regulatory law.
  • Skills in litigation, negotiation, and client communication.
  • Detail-oriented, motivated, and confident in managing deadlines.
