We're seeking an exceptional Channel Manager – Retail to join our Channel Strategy Team, reporting directly to our Head of Channel and Perfect Execution. In this critical role, you will play a key part in driving Lion's growth agenda by developing and executing channel strategies that maximise sales, market share, and in-store brand impact.
A Day in the Life
- Collaborate with the Head of Channel Strategy and Perfect Execution to identify, commercialise, and prioritise marketplace opportunities and execute best-in-class channel strategies across retail, including Joint Customer Business Plans, category, and portfolio strategy.
- Conduct research and generate market insights to identify channel opportunities in emerging segments such as RTDs and premium spirits.
- Analyse multiple customer and shopper data sources and leverage trends/foresight to determine where to play.
