Job Description

As a Channel Sales Professional, you will have the opportunity to work with a market-leading developer with an unrivalled reputation in staff retention and employee satisfaction. With existing relationships in place, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining performance from network sales/channel partner groups.

The Role
  • Nurture established relationships and identify new target markets to grow the network of referring partners
  • Set and monitor sales targets
  • Manage contracts from holding deposit through to settlement
  • Develop marketing strategies and create offers for direct mail and marketing
  • Monitor and report on channel activities and feedback
Requirements
  • Experience in managing channel partners in the Sydney off-the-plan space
  • Demonstrated track-record of achieving sales results
  • Certificate of Registration or License
  • Salesforce or Property Base experience
