About This Opportunity As an Inside Sales Representative you will join a dynamic team who are working to revolutionize the fintech and gifting experience. In this B2B Sales Position, you will have access to in-bound sales leads and advise and consult potential clients on product offerings. This position offers base salary plus quarterly commissions. Ideal role for a recent graduate looking to launch their career in fintech, sales/marketing, and business. Responsibilities Manage inbound leads via phone and email thru Hubspot and CS channels Advise clients on products, pricing and delivery timeframes You will oversee the end-to-end management of Corporate enquiries - this includes setting up of clients and campaigns in our CRM and admin system, invoicing, briefing various parties to co-ordinate artwork approvals, placing orders and customer service Closely manage execution timings to ensure orders are in market on time Collaborate with various internal and external teams to address client requests Identify and source ongoing sales opportunities Work with Senior Sales Managers to develop and close larger sales opportunities Keeping up to date with company processes and product knowledge Follow up lapsed enquiries Follow up existing customers and prospect for a new order Qualifications 1+ years of experience in commercial or business role University Degree or any higher education in related area preferred Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Self-motivated and self-directed Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently In-depth understanding of company services Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred InComm provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin, citizenship, veteran's status, age, disability status, genetics or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. *This position is eligible for the Employee Referral Bonus Program-
