- What you'll do- Motivating Inside Sales Reps to exceed their sales goals through coaching and incentives
- Developing key performance metrics and dashboards that help reps improve performance
- Working with leadership to optimize pipeline and revenue creation
- Optimize the technology stack and process
- This role requires- You have 5+ years SaaS sales experience and performance
- 2+ years experience leading a team
- Exceptional and proven prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of Salesforce and other sales productivity tools
- Ability to train, coach and mentor
- Bonus points if you have- BA/BS degree preferred
- Experience with working with and selling cloud services.
- Proficiency in Full-stack software development and cloud services architecture
- A technical background in engineering, computer science, technology would be a strong plus.
