We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Head of Trade Sales – ANZ to drive growth across our incredible Australian and New Zealand attractions, with a key focus on international markets.
About the Role
As our Head of Trade Sales – ANZ, you'll lead the development and execution of our trade sales strategy, working closely with the Regional Trade Sales Director – APAC. Your mission will be to deliver revenue and volume targets in the B2B sector by building strong trade partnerships, optimising market opportunities, and driving our domestic and international markets and plans. You'll work in a Hybrid environment, create partner and channel plans, represent Merlin at major industry events, and create innovative trade packages that showcase the best of our attractions to the world.
About You
You're a results-driven sales leader with a passion for tourism, entertainment, or leisure industries. You bring proven success in commercial sales management, strong financial and analytical skills, "Best In Class" account management skills with a growth mindset.
Adaptable, proactive, and a skilled stakeholder communicator, you thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to take ownership of delivering growth. Experience in international trade markets or additional languages will be highly regarded.
