In This Role You'll- Lead liquor buying across our stores, supported by gourmet and fresh food ranges.
- Set smart pricing & promotions that delight customers and deliver results.
- Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships.
- Innovate with new products and category strategies to stay ahead of the market.
- Experience in liquor buying or FMCG buying (liquor preferred).
- Strong commercial skills with P&L exposure.
- A passion for food & liquor, and a sharp eye for trends.
- Collaboration, agility, and a proactive approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of supply & demand dynamics.
- Proficiency in Excel and computer systems; current driver's licence with ability to travel across sites.
