About This Role
  • Lead liquor buying across stores with support from gourmet and fresh food teams.
  • Develop smart pricing strategies that meet customer expectations and deliver results.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate new products and category strategies to stay ahead in the market.
What You'll Bring
  • Commercial skills and experience in liquor buying or FMCG buying (liquor preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with P&L exposure.
  • Passion for food and liquor with a keen eye for trends.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of supply and demand dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Excel and computer systems; current driver's licence required for travel between sites.
