Are you looking to take the next step in your career with a fast-growing, forward-thinking company? OSW is seeking a motivated Product Manager with a minimum of 2 years' experience and a background in sales, technical support, or the electrical/solar industry. Fluency in Mandarin is essential, as you'll work closely with international vendors and suppliers.

This is not an IT role — we're looking for someone with hands-on industry experience and strong commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, assess and introduce new products aligned with customer and market needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Mandarin-speaking suppliers and manufacturers
  • Build and execute go-to-market strategies including pricing, promotions, and launch planning
  • Deliver product training and support to internal teams and resellers
  • Support inventory management, forecasting, and product lifecycle planning
  • Collaborate with the sales team to uncover growth opportunities
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Assist in P&L monitoring and provide insights for product line improvements
  • Contribute to business plans and detailed marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in sales, product, account management, or technical support in the solar or electrical industry (non-IT)
  • Fluent Mandarin language skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to build strong internal and external relationships
  • Confident working with suppliers and negotiating agreements
  • Strong time management, communication and organisational skills
  • Detail-focused and analytical, with basic financial understanding
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), G Suite, and Dropbox
