**Key Responsibilities**:

- Proactively promote and sell products or services to new and existing customer base.
- Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationship with customer, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

**About You**:

- Fluency in Mandarin, Korean and English is essential.
- Excellent customer service skill.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Familiar with various communication platforms and customer relationship management system.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and meeting customer needs.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Annual bonus
- Commission
- Overtime pay
- Penalty rates

**Experience**:

- B2B sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
- Korean (preferred)
