Our client who is one of Australia's leading insurance provider's are seeking 3x claim's advisor for immediate start.

**Duties;**
As a claim's advisor you will manage a portfolio of claims while providing a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Assessing claims in a timely manner with high accuracy levels
- Checking in with clients frequently to keep them up to date on the progression of their claim
- Building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- General Administrative duties

**Who you are?**
Excellent phone manner and customer service skills

Professional written skills

Strong attention to detail

Customer focused

Proficient in MS office suite

Previous experience would be an advantage but not essential but not essential
