Responsibilities
  • Deliver a positive multi-channel customer experience through the effective fulfilment of orders and resolution of customer queries and complaints
  • Ensure the efficient delivery of customer orders and effective resolution of issues
  • Provide customers with timely responses to digital, social and telephone based requests and effective resolution of complaints
  • Manage third party sales and payment channel enquiries and facilitate the resolution of issues
  • Process online sales and manual web order allocations to ensure the efficient delivery of products
  • Identify and escalate any website defects to trigger corrections and reduce reputational risk or financial loss
  • Escalate issues in line with established processes and provide information and input for business investigations, as required
  • Work closely with stores and other teams to facilitate resolution of issues, as required

Qualifications
  • Frontline customer service
  • Retail instore sales or administration
  • Microsoft Office suite
