Job Title: Service Coordinator

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Coordinator to join our team in an engineering company that provides innovative power and electrical solutions.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in sales, project management, or customer service and be able to juggle multiple tasks with ease.
  • A strong coordinator with excellent communication and negotiation skills is required to build relationships with customers, generate leads, and increase awareness of our company's solutions.

This role involves coordinating resources for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and remedial works. The successful candidate will work closely with management to plan priorities and allocate resources effectively.

The Service Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining service schedules, overseeing after-hours rosters, and managing the service escalation process. They will also respond to RFIs and RFQs, prepare service reports, and follow up on quotes and invoicing.

We are looking for a proactive individual with strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will have confidence in working with technical teams and clients at all levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate resources for installation, commissioning, maintenance, and remedial works.
