Service Coordinator - Operations (Pagewood) – Permanent Full-time
Starting salary: $65,000 - $75,000 + Super + Bonus Incentives
Responsibilities- Be our clients' primary point of contact, delivering top-notch service over the phone and via email.
- Coordinate between clients and skilled technicians to ensure seamless experiences.
- Schedule installation, maintenance and repairs for residential home lifts, keeping operations running smoothly.
- Tackle administrative tasks and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Possess confident, professional communication skills (phone and email).
- Demonstrate proven experience in rostering and scheduling.
- Exhibit strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain composure under pressure.
- Be a proactive problem-solver who can juggle tasks, plan ahead, and solve problems.
