Where you'll be workingSESLHD is one of the largest local health districts in Sydney, covering a geographical area of 468 square kilometres from Sydney's central business district, the beaches from Bondi to Cronulla and down to the Royal National Park. We deliver health care to around 930,000 residents across the local government areas of Woollahra, Waverley, Randwick, Bayside, Georges River and the Sutherland Shire. We also provide a key role in helping residents of Lord Howe Island. Our staff also deliver high quality health care across a variety of community-based services ranging from pre-birth to palliative care.
What you'll be doing- Acting as the main point of contact for the Chief Executive and Board
- Managing the Chief Executive's schedule, meetings, and correspondence
- Administering Board meetings, including agenda coordination and minute-taking
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders within and outside the Local Health District
- Coordinating related activities while maintaining confidentiality
- Ensuring efficient communication across the executive office
- Up to 12 allocated days off each year (for full-time employees) in addition to annual leave.

Describe a time when you managed multiple confidential and competing requests on behalf of a Chief Executive or senior executive, while liaising with high-level stakeholders such as Board Members. How did you prioritise the request, maintain confidentiality and ensure timely and effective outcome?
Provide an example of when you support a Board or high-level Committee. What steps did you take to prepare and manage agendas, record accurate minutes, follow up on action items, and coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders?
