Following a remarkable surge in new members, we are seeking a Membership Manager to lead our small but dynamic Membership team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in fostering exceptional Member experiences while supporting our growing membership base and ensuring a seamless experience for all.

You are a detail-oriented professional with exceptional customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You will have experience leading small teams (3 - 5 people). Your strong communication abilities will help you engage with members and stakeholders effectively. You thrive in a collaborative environment, possess a refined personal style, and are eager to embrace diverse responsibilities.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to lead small teams (3-5 team members)
• Strong commitment to a customer-centric approach, with proven ability to interact effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Adaptability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with membership acquisition strategies and a flair for guiding member engagement journeys.
• Exceptional personal presentation complemented by robust interpersonal skills.

• Provide outstanding support to members, addressing inquiries related to renewals, access, bookings, and general questions.
• Manage new membership applications and guide potential members through the onboarding process.
• Conduct engaging Club Orientation Tours to highlight the benefits of membership.
• Generate monthly reports to track key membership metrics.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure timely payment of member accounts, following up on outstanding balances.
• Actively contribute to the development and execution of member events and activation programs.
• Utilise CRM platforms (Active Campaign, Northstar, HubSpot) for membership management and enquiries.
• Work closely with stakeholders to resolve member issues promptly.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook at an intermediate level.
• Minimum of three years' experience in a customer service role, ideally with leadership experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms is preferred but not mandatory.
• Sales and marketing experience will be viewed favourably.
