Membership Program Manager

Develop and execute loyalty initiatives that foster strong connections with our network of clubs and hotels.
As the Club Engagement Director, you will lead the design and implementation of membership programs, ensuring exceptional results for both clients and customers. This role demands a balance of strategic planning, hands-on execution, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Create, implement, and optimize membership programs tailored for clubs and hotels.
- Design and deliver promotional campaigns that drive participation and revenue.
- Collaborate closely with club managers and clients to understand business needs and provide customized solutions.
- Lead and deliver training programs to onboard new clients, ensuring seamless adoption of systems and promotions.
- Regularly travel nationally to build relationships, provide support, and deliver training on-site.
- Monitor performance and provide insights to continually enhance promotions and loyalty initiatives.
Our ideal candidate has proven experience in membership program management, strong knowledge of club engagement strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and flexibility to travel regularly across Australia.
