About the RoleAs Holiday Program Operations Manager, you will oversee the full lifecycle of our holiday programs, from strategic planning to hands-on execution. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Program Leadership – Develop, refine, and scale holiday programs across South-East Queensland.
- Business Growth – Drive enrolments, oversee marketing strategies, and manage stakeholder relationships (parents, schools, industry partners).
- Operations & Logistics – Manage program scheduling, location setup, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Team Leadership – Recruit, train, and oversee a team of Educators & Coordinators to deliver best-in-class STEM experiences.
- On-the-Ground Execution – During the delivery phase, oversee operations, maintain quality control, and handle high-level stakeholder interactions.
- Leadership & Strategy: Proven experience in program management, business operations, or education leadership.
- Results-Driven Mindset: Track record of scaling initiatives, managing budgets, and driving revenue growth.
- People & Stakeholder Management: Ability to engage, inspire, and lead teams while maintaining strong relationships with parents, schools, and partners.
