About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Residential Care Coordinator to join our team in Toowoomba. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating care services for young people who are vulnerable and in need of assistance. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.


Job Description:

The primary objective of this position is to provide coordinated care services to young people, supporting them to build life skills, healthy attachments, and independence. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating care services to meet individual needs
  • Building relationships with young people, families, and community services
  • Developing and implementing care plans to support young people's goals and outcomes


Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (or equivalent qualification)
  • A current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
  • A full Australian Driver's License
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate care services and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals
