The Opportunity

The Branch Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the service team, ensuring the efficient and smooth delivery of services.

What you will do:
  1. Keep invoicing spot-on and timely, making sure every detail adds up.
  2. Handle purchase orders, ensuring accurate invoices, good stock, and no missing items.
  3. Keep things running smoothly by coordinating weekly payroll and making sure timesheets are on point.
  4. Enter and update info in systems like a pro, ensuring accuracy every time.
  5. Step in to assist with service admin, branch support, and reception when the team needs a hand.
  6. Make sure WIP jobs are invoiced correctly, and the charges match the case details.
  7. Track and reconcile service/parts department cash sales – accuracy is key.
  8. Take care of staff expense claims, ensuring all is filed correctly.
  9. Support and attend company activities – team spirit all the way.
  10. Manage uniforms, PPE, and office supplies.
  11. Keep an eye out for ways to streamline and improve processes.
  12. Tackle general admin and ad-hoc tasks with ease.

What we are looking for:
  1. Experience in an administrative or service support role (bonus points for industry knowledge).
  2. Amazing organisational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills.
  3. A resilient team player with a can-do attitude and strong communication skills.
  4. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  6. Experience with MS Dynamics and SAP software is a plus.
