**ABOUT THE ROLE**
We are looking for a reliable, customer friendly and fast learning person to join our National E-Salvage team at our branch based in Salisbury Plain, 5109. Enjoy the flexibility of this casual position working (starting at 30 hours per week) between Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4.30pm. In this role, we are looking for someone who enjoys all types of administration work with high attention to detail. Your key responsibilities would include:
- Handles administrative work without supervision
- Complete administrative duties associated with the auction process (including manual booking in, photo uploading, processing purchase orders and invoices) with a high level of accuracy, meeting agreed timeframes.
- Reconcile invoices, purchase orders, transport work orders, sales, credit card payments
- Respond professionally to all vendor and buyer enquiriesEnsure buyer and vendor expectations are met through timely and accurate completion of administration duties
