We're looking for a Marketing Communications Coordinator to join our team and work closely with one of our key clients in the Education sector. This is a hands-on role where you'll be embedded within our on-site team, working closely with our Marketing Specialist and becoming an integral part of their marketing operations, while backed by the resources and support of the wider Arrowhead team.

What you'll be doing

  • Create, edit, and distribute engaging marketing communications across digital and print channels
  • Coordinate and manage content for websites, EDMs, social media, and internal communications
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather stories, updates, and materials
  • Assist with event promotion and campaign rollouts
  • Collaborate with our creative team to produce high-quality collateral (brochures, flyers, reports, etc.)
  • Track, report, and optimise campaigns to deliver measurable results

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years' experience in a marketing, communications, or content role
  • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with an eye for detail
  • Proficiency in digital platforms (social media, email marketing, CMS)
  • Organised, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
  • A natural communicator who can build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Experience in the Education sector is a bonus, but not essential
  • Ability to work on-site full time (client site and Arrowhead Office)
