Marketing and Communications Coordinator

The role of Marketing and Communications Coordinator is to support the development of exceptional member experiences through effective communication strategies.
As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Marketing Lead to execute initiatives and manage operational member communications.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop communication plans and briefs to facilitate operational planning and execution.
- Coordinate production of communications and marketing projects, ensuring sign-off from relevant parties.
- Manage service and marketing communications aligned with strategic objectives.
- Support the implementation of Brand and Marketing initiatives.
- Maintain content calendars for service communications and campaigns.
- Track compliance communication progress and report on initiatives.
- Strong skills in developing and executing communications across marketing channels.
- High stakeholder management capability.
- Experience in fast-paced environments.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Effective, credible communication skills.
