Job Description
  • Advising and supporting management on workplace relations matters
  • Implementing strategies to improve workplace relations
  • Negotiating and managing industrial agreements
  • Handling complex case management and investigations
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and standards
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Leading training and development initiatives in workplace relations
  • Contributing to the continuous improvement of HR policies and procedures
The Successful Applicant

A successful Workplace Relations Senior Business Partner should have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of employment legislation and industrial relations
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
