Overview

We are seeking an HR Services Manager to lead and develop our People Services team. This pivotal leadership role is responsible for delivering efficient HR services, ensuring compliance, and supporting the broader HR team to provide seamless employee lifecycle support.


Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of People Services professionals to deliver high-quality HR operations and support
  • Oversee HR compliance, policy and process frameworks, and maintain accurate employee records
  • Drive continuous improvement, automation, and integration across People Services, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition
  • Partner with the wider HR function on critical projects including remuneration programs, policy rollouts, and compliance reporting (e.g. WGEA)
  • Provide partnering support to non-logistics Linfox businesses

Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business or related discipline
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience
  • Strong HR operations background with experience in a centralised HR services model
  • Working knowledge of SAP, HRIS systems, and payroll principles
  • Strong compliance and process management capability
  • A data-driven, improvement-focused mindset with the ability to deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment
