About The Role

Concord Repatriation General Hospital has a well-earned reputation for excellence in healthcare for over 70 years. Building on its heritage, the hospital now services the local communities of Concord, Strathfield, Burwood and beyond.

To provide a high quality Speech Pathology service to patients/clients and carers in order to ensure the provision of optimal health outcomes for the patients/clients of the service.

Ideal Candidate

Must hold a Bachelor or postgraduate degree in speech pathology which provides eligibility for membership of Speech Pathology Australia.

Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Speech Pathology practice and the provision of services to the relevant clinical area.

Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.

All candidates must have full working rights within Australia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high quality Speech Pathology services to patients/clients and carers.
  • Contribute to the planning, delivery and evaluation of speech pathology services within the acute adult setting.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
