Senior Speech Pathologist – Full-Time or Part-Time

Are you an experienced Speech Pathologist looking to take the next step in your career in a supportive, well-established, and values-led private practice?

The Speech Spot has been proudly supporting children and families in our community for over 10 years, with a team of 9 speech therapists. Known for our genuine care and clinical expertise, we're a trusted choice among local GPs, educators, and paediatricians.

We're not a corporate clinic chasing KPI's – we care about our team and our clients. We prioritise quality care, sustainable workloads, and create space for our clinicians to lead, grow, and make meaningful impact.

We are looking for a clinician to join our team as a Senior Speech Pathologist. With a newly renovated clinic in Norwest and a team of passionate paediatric clinicians, we offer a collaborative environment where your clinical experience and leadership are genuinely valued.

This role is ideal for someone with 5+ years of experience, who is confident in their clinical skills and ready to contribute to the development of others while continuing to grow professionally themselves.

Great pay and support

  • $100,000 – $115,000 + Super (based on experience and role structure)
  • Annual PD allowance of $1000
  • Realistic KPI's that allow for quality care and sustainable practice - No 30-minute back-to-back appointments – we value quality care AND your mental health

What your role will involve:
  • Assessment and intervention for clients aged 0-18
  • Mentoring and supporting early career clinicians through structured supervision, offering guidance, feedback and shared learning opportunities.
  • Contributing to clinical projects, such as:

    -program development

    -service improvement within the practice

    -internal PD sessions

    -peer supervision groups

    -community engagement

What you'll need:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Speech Pathologist
  • Paediatric caseload experience essential
  • Current SPA membership
  • Driver's licence and car (for possible mobile visits)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
