About the Job:

As a Client Services Manager at Mercury Financial Partners, you'll be a key part of the engine room that keeps our advice process running smoothly.

You'll work closely with advisers and clients to implement and maintain financial strategies. This is a great fit for someone who's organised, proactive, and loves getting things done.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end implementation of super, pension, investment and insurance advice
  • Coordinate paperwork, contributions, rollovers and applications
  • Liaise with clients, advisers and product providers to keep things moving
  • Maintain accurate records in Xplan, Salesforce and internal systems
  • Keep clients informed and supported every step of the way
