What You'll Be Doing

  • Provide high-level administrative and campaign support to sales agents
  • Manage the team's property list and assist in preparing properties for their campaign launch
  • Liaise with buyers and sellers to ensure seamless sales processes
  • Assist with the preparation of market analyses, proposals, and key documents
  • Support the development and maintenance of the team's CRM/database
  • Contribute to marketing activities and social media management
  • Deliver general administrative support and consistently exceptional customer service
  • Coordinate and attend final inspections, building and pest inspections

What We're Looking For

  • A natural multitasker who thrives on structure and results
  • Meticulous attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
  • Strong communication skills and a solution-focused mindset
  • Previous experience in real estate administration is highly regarded
  • A commitment to delivering an outstanding experience to both clients and team members
  • A current driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Valid Agent's Representative Certificate or Certificate IV in Property
