About the Role

We're looking for a highly creative person to step in as Art Director on a 12 month maternity leave contract. You\'ll lead the production of bold, on-brand content, from concept to shoot, delivering visuals that inspire and connect. From sourcing talent to art directing shoots, you'll bring fresh ideas, strong organisation, and a sharp eye for fashion and culture. If you\'re all about storytelling that moves people and content that keeps things fresh, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the production of bold, on-brand content from concept to shoot
  • Source talent and art direct shoots (stills and video)
  • Develop creative campaign and content ideas that allow for public relations and shareable moments
  • Collaborate closely with graphic designers, stylists and producers; understand visual and verbal briefs
  • Communicate and manage a project-based work log with strict timelines to other departments
Qualifications
  • Qualifications in Design or Styling would be ideal
  • Experience in devising shoots from art direction concept through to final produced imagery
  • Experience in managing shoot production (stills and video), sourcing and negotiating talent
  • Experience developing creative campaign and content ideas for PR and shareable moments
  • Experience working with designers, stylists and producers; strong understanding of briefs
  • Proven communication, leadership and people-management skills
  • Experience with project-based work logs and timelines; cross-department communication
  • Fashion Industry knowledge essential
