About the Role

We’re looking for a highly creative person to step in as Art Director on a 12 month maternity leave contract. You will lead the production of bold, on-brand content, from concept to shoot, delivering visuals that inspire and connect. From sourcing talent to art directing shoots, you’ll bring fresh ideas, strong organisation and a sharp eye for fashion and culture. If you’re all about storytelling that moves people and content that keeps things fresh, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

- Lead production of bold, on-brand content from concept to shoot
- Source talent and art direct shoots
- Develop creative campaign and content ideas that enable public relations and shareable moments
- Collaborate closely with graphic designers, stylists and producers and understand visual and verbal briefs
- Manage project-based work with strict timelines and coordinate with other departments

Qualifications

- Qualifications in Design or Styling are ideal
- Experience devising shoots from art direction concept through to final imagery
- Experience managing shoot production (stills and video) and sourcing and negotiating talent
- Experience developing creative campaigns and content ideas beyond a single image
- Strong communication, leadership and people-management skills
- Experience working collaboratively with teams and interpreting briefs
- High fashion Industry knowledge
