Overview

Make a difference as a Client Service Consultant. WFI is part of Insurance Australia Group (IAG), one of Australia's leading rural and business insurers, focused on friendly, personal service. This permanent full-time role is based in Boorloo (Perth).

You'll work with new and existing valued clients to assist them with their insurance needs. You'll need a customer-first approach to support our goal of being "Great people to know"—offering "insurance you can shake hands with." The position offers opportunities for development within the IAG family of brands across Australia and New Zealand, with flexibility, a supportive leadership team, and a positive work–life balance. Hybrid work arrangements may be considered after an initial training period.

Location: Boorloo (Perth). Full-time availability Monday to Friday (8:30am–5:30pm).

During the first 6 months, you'll complete the ANZIIF Tier 2 General Insurance Compliance certification, with supervised training at an WFI office.

About You
  • Tech-savvy and confident using multiple systems and platforms simultaneously
  • Confident with the ability to make decisions within business guidelines and processes
  • Well-developed rapport building, active listening, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, use initiative, and have good attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills from face-to-face or phone-based roles
  • Reliable, accountable, and always looking for ways to improve and grow in your role
