This position is being offered in a Permanent Part-Time capacity (0.47FTE), 36 hours per fortnight.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the supervision of education activities, under the direction of a teacher.
  • Assist with supervision of students during breaks.
  • Support students with their academic learning—working with small groups as well as individual students.
  • Provide support for teachers in compiling and creating learning materials.
  • Contribute to the welfare, health and safety of students.
  • Display confidentiality, tact and reliability to other staff as well as students and their families.
  • Communicate effectively and demonstrate a high level of interpersonal skills to function as an effective team member.

  • Experience working as a Teacher Aide, preferably in a secondary school.
