You will be joining an established investment bank as a Financial Crime Advisor within a dynamic and growing team with a strong focus on development and progression.

About the role:

Responsibilities include:

  • Advise on AFC compliance and risk management.
  • Identify, escalate, and manage AFC issues and breaches.
  • Maintain AFC frameworks, policies, and procedures (e.g. AML/CTF).
  • Report to senior management and regulators as required.
  • Conduct risk assessments and compliance testing.
  • Review new products for AFC compliance.
  • Deliver training and promote a strong risk culture.
  • Monitor regulatory changes and represent the firm in industry forums.

About the you:

You are:

  • Relevant tertiary degree.
  • 3-5 years related experience in financial services.
  • Preferably from an investment banking or similar environment.
  • Experience with relevant financial products and services.
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Analytical, organised, and detail-oriented
  • Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently
