Overview

We're looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist with knowledge across both Search and Social platforms to take on the mantle of Paid Media Supervisor within our team.

The Role

The Paid Media Supervisor acts as a team leader, reporting to the Head of Paid Media. Importantly, this role is accountable for the growth and retention of a significant segment of the Paid Media portfolio, acting as the escalation point for all clients within said segment.

A typical day would include
  • Media Planning & Buying: setting up appropriate media plans for your clients and implementing those plans
  • Team Support: applying your experience across platforms to support the team with their campaign questions and ongoing on-platform development
  • Operational Support: supporting the Head of Paid Media by ensuring the wider team follow required processes and meet performance expectations
You – the candidate

You have 5~ year's experience in an in-house or agency media planning and buying role. Specifically, you also have:

  • A full understanding of Google Search Ads and Meta Ads ad platforms (required)
  • Experience working towards operational KPIs (required)
  • Degree level education or equivalent (required) in a relevant field (preferred)
  • An understanding of Pinterest Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Microsoft Ads ad platforms (preferred)

The successful candidate will have an appreciation for the mixed media approach as a solution for marketing success, complete confidence in their own ability to develop paid media strategies, and a passion for data and results-driven marketing with attention to high quality enquiries, rather than volume.
