Manager Finance Transformation
Location: Hybrid (Parramatta) | 6-Month Contract

Are you an experienced finance transformation professional ready to lead critical change initiatives? We're seeking a Manager Finance Transformation to join a high-performing team on a 6-month contract, driving strategic financial process improvements across a complex portfolio.

What You'll Do:
  • Lead and manage finance transformation initiatives to streamline processes and enhance performance

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across departments to design and deliver change programs

  • Analyse financial operations, identify improvement opportunities, and implement best practice solutions

  • Drive project governance, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within scope and timeframes

  • Support change management and communication strategies to ensure stakeholder alignment

  • Prepare high-level reports and present insights to executive leadership

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience managing finance transformation or process improvement projects

  • Strong understanding of finance systems, ERP platforms, and reporting structures

  • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills

  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving

  • Strong analytical, organisational, and project management capabilities

  • Ability to operate in a hybrid work environment (50% WFH)

Contract Details:
  • Start: ASAP

  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours/week

  • Location: Parramatta / Hybrid (50% WFH)
