About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Sales Associate - Visual Merchandising to join our new flagship Sydney Boutique. This role combines delivering exceptional customer service with maintaining world-class visual presentation. You will help uphold the high service standards of our luxury boutique environment and be encouraged to #leaveyourmark.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance to meet targets and KPIs
  • Build and maintain client relationships using Clienteling and CRM tools
  • Lead visual merchandising efforts, coordinating with supply chain, merchandising, and VM teams
  • Manage product launches, stock movements, and display planning
  • Mentor and coach team members on visual merchandising standards
  • Participate in boutique meetings, sharing updates and ideas
  • Model brand values and foster a positive working environment
  • Assist with product and inventory management following boutique compliance
