About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Project Manager with remediation experience to take ownership of delivery across our projects nation-wide. This role is suited to someone who thrives on variety, works well with diverse stakeholders, and takes a proactive, solutions-focused approach to challenges.

You'll oversee the full lifecycle of remediation projects – from planning and approvals through to delivery and close-out – ensuring safety, compliance, cost control and client satisfaction at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage remediation projects from tender through to completion

Oversee environmental, safety and quality requirements on-site

Take ownership of contracts, budgets, and schedules

Build and maintain strong client, consultant and regulator relationships

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

Provide technical input and problem-solving on complex site conditions

About You

Proven experience delivering remediation projects (contaminated land, hazardous materials, or similar)

Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage contracts and budgets

Ability to lead and motivate teams in dynamic project environments

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
