Relume is building the next era of the web — where AI doesn't replace designers, it empowers them to create at a whole new level.

We're a tight team of 25, obsessed with great design, moving fast, and pushing the boundaries of creativity and craft. Now we're looking for a full-time Junior Visual Designer in Sydney to help shape the Relume brand across marketing, product, and social.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney.

About the Role

You'll work closely with our brand, product, and content teams to:

• Roll out our new visual identity across marketing, product, social, and web
• Extend and evolve our brand system (shapes, patterns, layouts) across all surfaces
• Think fast and design faster across whatever's needed that week
• Bring ideas to life with speed, craft, and good taste
• Use AI tools like Midjourney, ChatGPT, and others as part of your creative process

Who You Are

You're a versatile visual designer who:

• Cares deeply about your craft — not just how things look, but how they feel
• Has AI already embedded in your creative workflow
• Moves fast and figures things out on the fly
• Loves working across different styles, formats, and mediums
• Can work independently, but loves jamming with others
• Knows Figma inside out
• Has 1-5 years experience

This Role Probably Isn't for You If:

• You're looking for a cruisey, well-scoped role
• You prefer corporate structure over startup chaos
• You're not interested in using AI tools creatively
• You're unwilling to adapt your personal style to help build and evolve a shared brand system

About Relume

Web designers today waste time rebuilding the same layouts, jumping between tools like ChatGPT, Notion, Figma and Webflow, and doing repetitive grunt work. They want to build sites that solve real problems for their clients, not duct-tape workflows together.
