We are now looking for a Junior Designer to join our fabulous creative team and help craft stunning visual creative content for Mahlab's Creative Studio.

This role will play a key role in helping develop and execute multi-format visual content, ensuring all creative work complies with brand guidelines and is delivered on time and on budget.

This role supports the Creative Director, Senior and Mid-weight designers, our clients as well as the internal Mahlab team.

The Junior Designer will help conceive and deliver the big ideas, pushing creative boundaries in developing high quality visual content aligned to the client's brand and strategic goals, leaning into the senior design team as needed for mentoring, guidance and support.

You'll assist the Creative Director to develop or create content assets, including but not limited to digital, web, mobile and social media assets as well as live action video and photography, motion, audio, experiential events, print and presentation decks.

This role will suit someone who loves being a part of the team, creating projects, delivering on campaigns and collaborating with a team of creatives to help achieve a brand's creative vision.

The ideal person has good problem solving and communication skills, is a creative thinker, and can bring creativity, vision, and ideas.

You have the ability to executive vision across multiple formats and are prepared to dive into new formats such as AI. You will have great attention to detail and can work well without supervision whilst working from home.

**What you will need**:

- Relevant qualifications/degree in Graphic Design or 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- After Effects & Premiere Pro are highly regarded
- Figma is preferred but not essential
- Experience designing across multiple disciplines / channels, e.g. digital, video, social, print
- A positive attitude with tenacity and initiative
- A demonstrated ability to concept work with guidance from senior creatives
- Basic knowledge and experience in creative production
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling
- Good understanding of digital accessibility and/or a willingness to continually up skill in this area
- The ability to juggle concurrent work for different clients with competing deadlines
