Job Overview:

We seek a skilled Junior Designer with exceptional art direction instincts to contribute to our in-house creative agency.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio showcasing outstanding design craftsmanship, conceptual thinking, and innovative execution across various media channels.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing high-quality design solutions that are visually consistent across print, digital, social, and brand campaigns
  • Contributing to creative concept development and brainstorming sessions
  • Translating project briefs into visually compelling, on-brand designs
  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver cohesive, effective work
  • Preparing design assets, layouts, and production-ready artwork to meet project deadlines
  • Supporting the broader creative team with art direction and visual development as required

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency or in-house creative studio
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Xd) and a solid understanding of digital design tools and emerging technologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities
  • A strategic mindset with a passion for creativity, design trends, and digital innovation
  • Collaborative spirit and ability to work within a focused, creative team driven to deliver award-winning work
