We're looking for aSenior HR Coordinator – Visas & Complianceto join our team on a 12-month contract. This is a pivotal role where your expertise in compliance, reporting, and leadership will help keep our organisation running smoothly and safely.

What you will be doing:

  • Be the go-to expert forwork rights complianceandvisa managementacross the organisation.
  • Overseepersonal history checksto ensure we meet all regulatory and safety standards.
  • Lead and support asmall team, providing guidance and delegating tasks effectively.
  • Managelarge volumes of data, transforming it into actionable insights.
  • Create and delivercomplex reportsusingExcelandPower BIto support strategic decision-making.

What you will bring:

  • Solid understanding of theAustralian visa systemand work rights legislation.
  • Proven experience incompliance checksandemployee onboarding.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability tosupervise and delegateeffectively.
  • Advanced proficiency inExcelandPower BI– you're confident with formulas, dashboards, and data storytelling.
  • A keen eye for detail and a love for working withhigh-volume data.
  • Bonus points if you've worked inCommunity ServicesorAged Care
