We are looking for a Project Coordinator to join the Project Delivery Team based between our Adelaide Office and your allocated project site. Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for supporting both the Site Manager and Project Manager in both site and project delivery.

As the Project Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist in technical review of plans
  • Assist with monthly reports
  • Attend project meetings as required
  • Manage the administration of all site registers
  • Manage site inspections
  • Compile Operations and Maintenance Manuals
  • Support the Site Manager in program activities
  • Provide input around procurement issues
