What you'll be doing
  • Acting as the senior partner for clients - trusted to solve problems and deliver impact
  • Leading campaigns from concept through to execution across multiple channels
  • Managing and mentoring account service staff, supporting their growth and performance
  • Working closely with strategy, creative, and production teams to deliver outstanding work
  • Keeping projects on track - managing budgets, timelines, and ensuring quality
  • Identifying opportunities to grow client relationships and accounts


What we're looking for
  • 5+ years' experience in a creative, marketing, or integrated agency
  • Experience leading large accounts and multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to manage budgets and spot opportunities
  • Confident communicator who can influence and inspire both clients and teams
  • A proactive, collaborative mindset – solutions-focused and ready to lead
