This is a temporary position until July 2026. You will be working full time Monday to Friday. This position can either be based in our Sydney Olympic Park, NSW or Hobart / Margate, TAS offices.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Support end-to-end payroll activities across weekly and fortnightly pay cycles
  • Collaborate on payroll-related projects and process improvements
  • Engage with stakeholders across the business to deliver exceptional service
  • Interpret enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
  • Ensure compliance with tax and superannuation regulations
  • Use payroll systems such as Chris21 and Dayforce, with intermediate Excel skills
  • Contribute to the implementation of our new HRIS system
What we are looking for
  • An eye for detail and commitment to compliance, with experience in a dynamic business
  • Customer service mindset and experience in fast-paced, high-volume weekly and fortnightly payrolls in a full-function payroll environment, with stakeholder engagement
  • Proficient interpretation of enterprise agreements, awards, policies, and legislation
  • Experience in tax and superannuation legislations
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
  • Adaptability to use various payroll and time/attendance systems like Chris21, Dayforce and intermediate Excel skills
